ITINERARY
Day 1               Arrive Bali
Today arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport at Denpasar. Our English Speaking Guide will await your arrival at the airport & you will be welcomed with a flower garland by a young lady in traditional Balinese Costume. Feel refreshed and experience Balinese hospitality as a scented cold towel and mineral water are served on the way to the hotel. Arrive at your hotel, check and relax for the rest of the afternoon. Overnight at your hotel in Bali.

Day 2               Half day Ubud Shopping and Tanah Lot Sunset Tour
This morning after breakfast the day is at leisure. We recommend a relaxing morning at the Spa to rejuvenate your senses. This afternoon, our guide will pick you up from your hotel and escort you to Ubud market - well known for its wide options of souvenirs, paintings and handicrafts. Later continue to Tanah Lot Temple which is famous for its glorious sunset – take this opportunity to capture your memories in photographs. Shopping here is also a good option. Return to the hotel. Overnight at your hotel in Bali.

Day 3               Day at leisure
After breakfast the day is at leisure for you to explore the island at your own pace. Take this opportunity to shop for the traditional handcrafts, which make great souvenirs and gifts for your loved ones. Various activities such as Sailing, ATV Ride, Rafting, Submarine, Cycling etc are available on request at your resort or closer to the beach. Overnight at your hotel in Bali.

Day 4               Depart Bali
After breakfast, bid adieu to this enchanting beach paradise as you are met & transferred to the airport for your return flight. Hope you have a fantastic vacation in Exotic Bali!!

• All rates are per person sharing one room as per table; for the entire package
• Children must be under 12 years of age and share the room with 2 full paying adults

• Airfares/ ticket taxes/ Airport taxes/ Visas/ Porterage/ Insurance
• Expenses of any personal nature (phone calls, laundry etc)
• Anything else not specifically mentioned in inclusions above

Extension night and surcharge rates (per room per night in US DOLLARS)

NOTE:

• All arrangements made by Travel Bench are in the capacity of an agent only. Travel Bench will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature. All passengers must be covered by suitable travel/health insurance prior to departure from the country of origin.
• This proposal supersedes all the proposals given till date.
• We are holding no bookings as of now. We will request for all services once the booking has been finalized with Travel Bench.
• No bookings for Airline and Hotel are made as of now. The same will be requested upon confirmation from your end.
• For Medical insurance for each passenger we have considered an upper age limit of 60 years. Should there be any passengers above 60 years; the cost of overseas medical insurance will be based upon the age of the person.
• The airfare and the rate of exchange are subject to change with or without prior notice due to frequent fluctuations in the rate of exchange and airfare.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Our booking procedures would be as follows:-

• As soon as you decide to confirm your holiday booking with Travel Bench, we would request you to please send us an initial non-refundable, interest free deposit amount of Rs. 12,000/- per person.
• All cheques / demand drafts to be drawn in favour of Travel Bench, pune
• On payment of this deposit amount, we shall start processing your booking
• Balance payments need to be made 15 days prior to your departure date.
• In case you decide to travel closer to the departure date or payment is made 10 days prior to your departure then the same will have to be paid in cash / bank draft.
• We shall try our best to confirm the same hotel / airline that we have based our quotation upon. However the same would be subject to availability at the time of confirming your booking. We shall however ensure that we confirm a hotel of similar category.
• We shall deliver your final tour documents viz. air tickets, tour itinerary, briefing sheet, medical insurance on receipt of full and final payment of the tour cost.
• Rates are based on a minimum of 2 passengers travelling together at all times.
• Child must share existing bedding in parents’ room
• Airfares may change without notice at any time during the validity of the package
• Rates are subject to change based on availability and date of travel (Peak season/ Conference/ Holiday period surcharges would apply)
• Cancellation charges would apply as per company policy.
